How do I make a booking?
Please complete our free quote form – we will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability & provide a quote. If you would like to proceed, you will be asked to confirm the booking by paying a deposit (£50 or 25% of the booking fee, whichever is greater). The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure.
Are the minibuses wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our current fleet of minibuses do not have wheelchair access. This is something we are looking to address in the future.
Can we decorate the vehicle for a special occasion?
Yes, we are happy for you to decorate the vehicles as long as the decorations do not cause any damage. Please inform us of any planned decoration to our vehicles when booking. If possible, we will make the vehicle available in advance for you to decorate.
If I cancel my booking, will my deposit be refunded?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, any additional payments made prior to your journey date will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
I am travelling with a child - do they need a car seat?
All children that require a child seat must travel with one. Passengers must bring & secure their own child seats. We can store your child seats between your outgoing & return journeys if required.
Do you provide self-drive minibuses?
Our minibuses are chauffer-driven & are not available for self-drive hire.
What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made via credit or debit card (online or over the telephone), bank transfer, or cash. Payment instructions will be provided upon the provision of a quote.
Can we drink alcohol during the journey?
Unfortunately, we do not permit the consumption of alcohol on our vehicles.
